I received this as a sample and didn't care for it. It was simple enough to get it yo click but would unclimbed or shift during insertion. It wasn't very comfortable because it didn't feel that is was properly in. I still like Tampax overall just not this product in particular.

Applicator isn't reliable (big surprise)... (I received a free sample of Tampax to try from SheSpeaks and the following are my own opinions.) This is exactly why I prefer non-applicator tampons to ones with applicators- they are even smaller, have much less wasted packaging, and have basically no room for error; unlike these: the applicators don't click into place easily and once they do, they usually un-click while inserting. So you end up having to push the tampon back into the applicator and trying again. This can take multiple attempts to get right, which is time consuming and annoying. This brings to question something I ask myself VERY often- do these companies even bother TRYING the products they put on the shelves? Or are they just throwing it against the wall and hoping it sticks? (In other words- seeing the flaws and coming out with the product anyway, hoping consumers don't complain.) My guess would be the latter. These feminine care products are always far more concerned with how the product LOOKS than how it WORKS. It makes me really mad, especially seeing how much they charge people for these NECESSARY items. The products should only be designed by women. There needs to be much less work put into making the products "thin" and "sleek" and "pretty", and much more work put into the product NOT LEAKING and WORKING/FITTING PROPERLY. I personally could care less how the product looks. As for the absorbency, it was the same as any other size "regular" tampon. Anyway. I will stick to my non-applicator tampons. Every time I try the ones with applicators I have problems.

Worst Tampon Ever! Tampax Pocket Pearl....I think this product really needs some MAJOR work. Pros: Small size- able to fit in your pocket or a small purse. It is a very discrete size.....And that is the ONLY positive thing I have to say about this joke of a tampon. Cons: Applicator does not function properly- This applicator is just terrible, it will not stay clicked into place while inserting. This is a MOST undesirable factor. It was so annoying and frustrating. Please read my full review on Amazon at: https://www.amazon.com/review/R983O84TEPGCD/ref=cm_cr_rdp_perm **I received this product for free from SheSpeaks to test and review, this in no way influences me, these are my own opinions**

No Longer a Fan! The packaging might be very attractive, but that's about the only thing I enjoyed about this product unfortunately. The 3 part applicator doesn't function well at all! Its very uncomfortable to use and not as absorbent as it used to be. The actual tampon shape has changed and is a lot more difficult to use. I actually had to struggle and try multiple times to get it in at all! I was given this product free in exchange for my review.

No so great There are a few things I liked that don't really matter and a few things that I didn't like that really matter. I like that the applicator is smooth and it's very easy to take out of its packet. But the insertion is a bit of a problem. The applicator is not that great.I wasted many tampons just because it would un-click and it wouldn't come out. It also pinches. I have been pinched many time while trying to insert the tampon and it hurts! I rarely have that happen in other brands. I like that they are pocket size but something needs to be re-done and fixed because currently they are a mess.

Not fond of the "pocket" applicator. Not very fond of having to pull out the section that has to push the tampon inside me, as it tends to NOT work properly. In a pinch, I'll use it, however I rather not. I'd rather use a full sized tampon and store that in my purse.

NOPE I had trouble with these tampons. They did not work properly for me. I'd like to think that I'm kind of an expert because I've been using tampons for quite awhile but whenever I would go to put it in, with any pressure the top part would just push to the bottom and not insert the tampon. I don't know if I got a bad batch or if I am tampon stupid. But I did not like them

Sleek and small, but needs a better fit I received a free sample of Tampax to try from SheSpeaks and the following are my own opinions: The only thing I liked about this tampon is the small applicator. It was small and sleek. I could easily fit it in my purse. However, the shape of the tampon itself is not the best. It can be a lot better, I prefer the butterfly shape. And I can't see how this can provide an 8 hour protection. Either way I never leave a tampon in for more than 4 1/2 hours.

They look promising I actually haven't tried these but I would personally like to because you can take it on the go and it's discreet so people won't be able to see it, but I've heard some bad reviews on it so I'm on the fence about trying them.

These tampons are great! I thought they worked wonderfull. But the applicators could be improved.

Annies Tampax Pearl Review First and for most I must disclose that I did get this item for free as a part of a review promise for the shespeaks website. My experience with the tampons was a little up and down. I liked the packaging its nice that they took the time to make designs and make them a little more interesting to look at also they are a little more discreet when you keep them in your purse. One thing that I kept having issues with was the applicator itself it would get stuck on the tampon which would not allow it to push through all the way and i actually had a situation where the applicator split in half during insertion. Once I was actually able to insert the product where needed the performance of the tampon was a bit better it was very absorbent and thankfully no leaks as i did the test during a time i had no pantie liners but thankfully panties were still safe. I like that they do not add fragrance to these tampons since I do have a sensitivity to that sort of stuff in that region of my body at least. Would I recommend this product, well it depends I guess on the situation if your out and you can't find the brand your used to then sure its not bad to give a try for your own opinion as for me I would probably stick with my original brand as they have been quite reliable for many years. I give them a three star rating simply because they need to focus more on the applicator than the inside portion the inside part works just fine its that darned applicator though that gave me most of my bad experiences with the product.

Tampax Sample I received this as a sample. I liked that it was small and could fit in my pocket. The applicator did not work very well for me but once I finally got the tampon in after many tries it worked good and no leaks. Just need to improve applicator and it would be great!

Tampons Great on leakage control amazing prices and reliable

small but doesn't always work right The package is cute and they're small so they're easy to bring along in even the smallest bag. The applicator doesn't always work right. Somes the plunger comes apart and doesn't insert the tampon. It can pinch too when it happens.

This product is definitely not one of the worst tampons that I have used, but it is definitely not the comfiest. Which is surprising for this company. It would not be my first choice, but it would not be my last either
