I ended up seeing a new dermatologist to try to figure out a treatment strategy. He suggested Vanicream and it worked! Now, I keep some for whenever I have a flare.

The only hand cream that works for me! I was recommended Vanicream by my dermatologist for my hands. I have a job where I have to wash my hands pretty much nonstop all day, and I live in an extremely dry cold climate in the winters. This leaves my hands so dry they burn and crack, and it looks like I have rashes all over them in the winter time. Vanicream is the only thing that has helped me with my hands in the winter! It is amazing, and NOTHING else I have used has worked as well! Love that it is not sticky at all, soaks right in, and there is nothing irritating in it whatsoever. Definitely recommend!
