It gives temporary relief from nasal congestion due to cold or allergies, and helps reduce snoring. You can use this when sleeping, exercise, or during the day. But I hate the large tan strips.

It kind of worked for me, more for sinuses, not for long though, plus I felt silly with it on my nose.
