My mother is awesome, I remember some years ago I was very ill and a hospital. My mother then joined me there. I was a grown woman, and my mother rushed home from work to join me. I respect that because my mom is very ill as well.I was glad to have support because of the bad news I received. One thing I know is I can rely on my parents for anything. Mothers always the first one to run and protect you. Happy belated Mother's Day to all the ladies on this post. I love you mom.... ❤️👍🏾🌹🌹🌹

I've recently gotten a divorce I didn't want and was feeling pretty useless. My daughter was trying to decide between buy a larger home or making changes to the one they have, I gave her the information to help her make her decision. It felt good to be useful.

I'm always so proud and humbled when I see one of my three boys give/do something selflessly. When they put others ahead of themselves I am one happy mamma.

My Mom and my Gramma raised me. Both are now deceased. They were both very loving, supportive and I could go to them with any problem. I miss them both dearly!

If I had to pick out a moment that made me proud of my Mom, it would be when she retired from her state job working with the mentally disabled. At her retirement party, they gave her awards for her time there & all that she has done for them. They also gave my siblings and I an award for "letting them borrow our mom" for all those years. See my mom worked 3pm-11pm pretty much my whole life & that means time with her was limited. The award meant something different to me though because some of the people that my mom worked with had been abandoned by their mothers or they rarely would see them. So when they handed that to me, I teared up. The reason I am proud is because I am glad my mom was able to be there for them. To be a mother figure to the individuals who needed it more. Mom, I am proud of you for being such a kind soul to be able to love unconditionally & be nurturing to those who need it most. Thank You Mom, I Love You & I Am So Proud Of You.

My mom is always there for me when I need her. She goes above and beyond to make sure her kids and grandkids are well taken care of and have everything they need.

I'm the mom of 3 wonderful sons. My oldest is 32 and has multiple disabilities. I'm happy to say that he is at home with all of his family. Life has not been easy, but I wouldn't change it for anything. My sons are my pride and joy. I also help caring for my 21 month old grandson.

My most heartwarming moment or "time" as being a mommy is now, I have been blessed with the honor of raising my 3 year old granddaughter after raising 3 grown, adult children. Twenty h ears later I am getting a.second chance to make a difference in a special, precious, little persons life and it's absolutely, positively the most rewarding experience I have ever known next to being a mother. Oh what differences come with 20 years, the patience, the tolerance, the knowledge, the tolerance. I love every second of it and I am so honored and blessed to have been chosen to celebrate the life of this amazing, precious, beautiful little girl! Happy Mothers Day to you all ☺

My moment is for my son, actually we have moments everyday, he struggles socially and can't connect with people. Yet everyday he gets up and goes to school and tries.

My mom (and dad) thought that our community needed a library. But when the powers that be said it wasn't in the budget, she spearheaded a grassroots effort to fund a library. That library is now part of the city system and bears our family name.

I am proud of myself for getting my GED with a 6 week old baby then going on to obtain my B.S. degree then my J.D. degree after I got out of an abusive marriage. My sons were 2 and 8 when I started law school and it was hard but they are so proud of me that it was worth it!
