Is the Sex Offender Registry Flawed?

on Nov 17, 2009: I agree that it has flaws.... My father who is a known sex offender was not on the registry because his case was opened before the registry began... however I do not think that a teen should be placed on this list for a "mis-hap" with a younger lady or young man. I would love to see alot of these…
