Forced To Be Physically Fit

on Dec 01, 2009: I know it may be embarrassing, but I wish that I had gotten into the exercise habit in college. I think it would have been much easier to make it important in my adult life, and thus been easier to fight obesity. So, I support this idea.

The Ploy of Soy

on Oct 29, 2009: As a recent cancer survivor (endometrial - an estrogen mediated cancer), I was advised to avoid soy if possible. Okay to have some, like soy sauce, but don't eat a lot. I believe this is because of it's association with estrogen. Anyone else heard this?
