When i am feeling tense or stressed or just ache i relax by either sitting in my massage chair some friends gave me with a cup of tea. Then on other days i may just stretch and do some yoga to relieve my stress.

anycookbook from paula deen and ina garten is a must. I love to try a different recipes for my large family so they wont get bored.
