He scares me to death with all of this SPENDING!!! I have a 4 and a 6 yr old and I am scared to death for their future, and that of their children. This man is out of control. Why not just use some common sense in solving this crisis. Everything that he is commiting to spend will do NOTHING for the situation NOW. How can someone do all of this damage with so many Americans against it, and no one can stop him. For the first time as an American Citizen.....I feel HELPLESS!!

Whatever happened to the power of the people? We have had everything taken from us, our money, soon to be our right to free speech, our right to bear arms, right to life, etc. We just sit back and let it happen, and that is how it came to be, me included. Just sitting here watching life as we know it dissapear. Did you all know that in Revelation in the Bible, United states is not mentioned but Russia and other countries are. What happens to us?

Obama must first clean up the HORRIBLE MESS that the X-pres made!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we have went through 8 years of torment. Most foreign countries think of the US as a joke and they have no respect for us at all plus they hae managed to buy a sizable amount of US property while the X was playing the cowboy scenario and OTHER peoples children are getting killed and mangled and get back to the US damaged and cant get benefits. Lets give Obama time to sort through all the mess that those who voed for Bush helped to create. He is doing an excellent job and has taken on enormous challenges left by the X who sits now in his Mansion in Dallas. Oh well

I REPEAT: I know you all think he is doing a good job, but you have to realize the same congress that is agreeing with his ideas is the same congress that fought President Bush on everything because he was Republican and it was a democratic congress, so it was a democratic congress that was running the country--no president gets anything done without the backing of congress, which P. Bush did not have. They fought him on all good things, moral things. Now anything goes. Morality is going out the window with the wash water. YOU WAIT AND SEE

I thought he promised us he'd go line by line on bills coming through his desk to cross out any PORK. I'm pretty disappointed he isn't doing this with this new bail out bill...there's way, way too much PORK in that bill and I'm so disappointed he didn't stay true to his word on getting rid of it. Pretty bummed about that.

I like that he seems to be so enthusiastic and passionate about fixing the issues in this country but don't think we have gotten to see how he is going to do.

I heard Hillary Clinton wanted money to preserve the life of some kind of rat that is going extinct. That is called DECON! Who wants to save a rat, and who wants to pay for it? WHat do you all think of Hillary replacing Condalesa Rice?

It is too early to tell what kind of president he will be. I am concerned about some of his cabinet choices and how effective they will be.

I would be thrilled if he went through this "stimulul package" and used his power of LINE ITEM VETO. There is no room for "pork" in my budget and there should be none in the Govt. budget either! Shame on those elected "public servants" who thought we wouldn't notice!
