I don't look at the nutrition label anymore, I look at the ingredients. If there are too many I can't pronounce, I don't buy it.

I am more interested in the sugar content. I worry about Adult and Juvenile Diabetes. Also the carbs are important to me.
I watch mt carbs because you body breaks it down into simple sugar
most people dont realize the amount of salt they put in their bodies.less salt means less water weight and bloating!I also look for the types of fat and preservatives as well.

every aspect of the label is important, however, I am truly concerned by the enormous amount of sodium in foods today. My husband is on a low sodium diet of 1200mg per day and some products contain that much and more in one serving!!
I'm on a low carb diet and the carb count is very important to my success.
