I eat very well so I get the calcium I need everyday.
I take 2 Calcium pills every morning and eat a yogurt everyday. I really don't know how much Calcium I should consume to be healthy.
I am concerned because I took a bone density test and it came back low. I think I am going to try eating more yogurt.
I exercise and take vitamins daily concerned by not overly concerned.
I try to have milk every morning with breakfast and then throughout the day as a snack.
My grandmother and aunt had brittle bones and himped backs. I don't want to end up that way.
Dislike cheese very much but LOVE milk and yogurt so i think i'm covered. Taking supplements always helps though... Only 20 though lol
As I get older and have more aches and pains I do worry about subjects like this one.
I know how important calcium is. Fortunately I love cheese and milk and partake daily.
