There are many things we want from our mobile phone service provider, but what is the most important thing to you when choosing a service?
Have you ever switched service providers to get a better feature? If so, what was it that made you switch?
Good selection of stylish phones (5.5%)
No annual contract (9.3%)
Good coverage/reception (36.4%)
My friends have the same service (2.7%)
Cost of plans, roaming charges, etc. (46.4%)
I require a lower cost service for my budget. I was with Alltel for years with no problems at all & then they were bought out by Verizon Wireless. My bill has went up, the services i had were cut down & so many dropped calls it's crazy...can you say "Can you hear me now" ...Verizon is a big joke.
I'll gladly pay more to know I'll have coverage almost anywhere. Especially when you're a young woman traveling by yourself!
I do not need a lot of bells and whistles on my cell phone. I want a reliable phone that will work where and when I want it -without costing an arm and leg.
Rather than a "stylish" phone, I prefer a phone with the best utility and user-friendly...however, coverage and reception is a MUST!
I personally am probably the only human alive that don't have a cell phone however it's important that my son does and I can get a hold of him whenever I need him. It also makes me comfortable he pays per month with no contract since you know how kids can be with bills.
