what influences my decision to purchase a certain brand name is the content. I don't buy food that is high in salt, fat, or sugar. No hydronated oils either. I try to provide healthy foods for my family and myself.
I always check the labels for content, but I am more likely to try something new if they have a sample, like in Costco warehouse. If it tastes good, I'll buy it and let my husband try it. I try to be more health conscious. Although there are some things that I can not resist at times.
I try to make smart choices with my family in mind.
I think it is important to make good choices around my loved ones so I know they will be healthy too.
I do not have any young children at home as mine are all grown now but I am currently trying to get back on track to watching what I am eating and learn to eat better as I am over weight and worry about my health.
i am excited about this new site! thanyoy for having me! Diane
I just go with what I like, and I'm the only one who eats regularly in the house anyway
At this stage of my life, I feel that I deserve to indulge in the foods and products that I like, not what someone else thinks I should have.
I like to cook and like to try new meals!
I have five very picky children I cook for, so our food choices are limited. I guess that is my own fault, but I don't mind. I still buy stuff for myself so I can eat healthy. I also make them eat fruits/veggies and a good breakfast.
