Walmart is usually not my first choice (I'm more of a Target girl) mostly because it tends to be crowded and over run with some shady people (at least the couple of stores near my house are). But I will say the photo center is awesome. Their prices are very competitive and the quality is pretty good. I love being able to upload stuff online and then just running in to pick the prints up.

They are kind of *getto* here in southern calif, Target is much cleaner and safer to shop

I do not have a Walmart nearby. For us it would be a hour drive. It is conidered a treat to the family if we happen to stop in one as we're heading to our destination.

We don't have much of a choice but Wal Mart. We have Dollar General and Family Dollar but both are higher than Wal Mart and both are nasty and have rude employees who are too preoccupied with themselves to care about a customer. The only other place we have is Dollar Tree. I really like it but they don't have a lot of the things you need. We have one grocery store but it is a lot higher than Wal Mart. Then we have 2 discount grocery stores but like Dollar General and Family Dollar they are nasty and don't really have a lot. So whether I want to or not I go to Wal Mart.

It is extremly tiring to shop at Wal-Mart. Between the rude people, narrow aisles, empty shelves, grumpy employees I find myself drained by the end of every shopping trip. The only reason I continue to shop Wal-Mart is because the prices on many items is usually cheaper than other stores in my area and the hard economic times make this store a must for me and my family. Believe me if I had another choice Wal-Mart would definitely not be at the top of my list.

Has anyone else noticed how Wal Mart is carrying less and less of the name brand stuff and more and more of their on name brand stuff?

I have to tell you I used to shop at Wal-Mart ALL THE TIME however I use coupons and the are extremely picky about taking them! Also my store never has enough cashiers on duty and we all know Wal-Mart makes plenty of money surely they can afford to put more cashiers on so we could get in and out.... I shop at Publix now great on coupons and BOGO sales!!!

My husband hates going to Wal-mart. They never have enough cash registers open and something always goes wrong with my purchase....they either double scan something, or forget my scan my coupons. The other day I gave the lady my coupons and then told my hubby to take over because I needed to take the baby to the car...well on the way home( after driving a good 20 minutes) I noticed that they did not scan my coupons. I went back and had to wait in line at the customer service department. When it was finally my turn the lady took her sweet time to cut my coupons just right before scanning them....ewww I was mad! I had my screaming babies in the car while she took her sweet time. I wouldn't have stay if it hadn't been that I had 28.00 in coupons. The only reason I go is because they have good deals on things...I am beginning to think that it is not worth the hassle or stress.

I shop Walmart a couple times a month just to pick up a couple items. I don't really care for Walmart. I love Super Target but my favorite grocery store is Bi-Lo that gives me the best deals for my money and they're friendly, double coupons up to .99 cents everyday.They welcome my coupons & no bad attitudes from anyone that works there.
