walking the beach is one of my very favorite things to do. I listen to the waves, and the rythym and certainty of the tide put me right with the world!

I read a good book, while in a hot bubble bath, best of both worlds...

Walking on the beach allows my mind to relax while filling my stimulating me with the air on my face, and listening to the waves....definately in the moment.

Taking a hot bath with bath salts is my all time 'me time' - I'm not a huge fan of bubbles, but give me bath salts and an empty house and I'm a very happy camper!

Have to actually combine a few together.....cuz there is nothing like a hot bubble bath with a cup of coffee or tea and soaking while reading a great romance novel.

I have many hobbies, and I love doing things to keep me fit and in healthy. I enjoy many sports and also do indoor things like scrapbooking and sewing.

Coming home from work on a cold winter's night and taking a lavender and or Eucalyptus Aromatherapy bath. This relaxes my mind and body.
