There are many things we want from our mobile phone service provider, but what is the most important thing to you when choosing a service?
Have you ever switched service providers to get a better feature? If so, what was it that made you switch?
Good selection of stylish phones (5.5%)
No annual contract (9.3%)
Good coverage/reception (36.4%)
My friends have the same service (2.7%)
Cost of plans, roaming charges, etc. (46.4%)
I like a stylish phone, however reception trumps the style...and I want to be in a network where I can talk to my friends and family unlimited. I have been with At&T for a long time and almost everyone I talk to regularly is with AT&T.
Its really important to me that theres good service, nothings worse than needing to make or recieve a phone call and not having reception
want to be able to use it anywhere not just in a area
I want to be able to use it anywhere I am at
T-Mobile's customer service agents have always treated me right. I've been with the company for several years.
I look for the good coverage i get to most the places i usually go and live:) but i also like the look and style of my phone also!
I want it all good service great phone cheap plan that maybe would not have to have all my friends just to get a good deal....
It does help when your friends and family have the same service as I do but overall the coverage and plan is whats most important to me.
I would rather save some money and have a phone that is a little older, than pay more to have the latest technology.
I have verizon service, but really can't afford the cost per month, last month my bill was 217.00 and to think i get all this plus perhaps brain cancer, what in the hell is all the clatter about?
