I'm currently dating a very nice man. Our relationship is more like a friendship so far. He's invited me to a dinner/show/dance venue the Saturday before Valentines Day.
I will be sad not having a husband to share the evening. I am blessed to have had 42 years of a great marriage to a kind and loving man. I am blessed to have family and friends that will share this holiday. Great memories to reflect on.
nathrach2, what a kind thing you are doing by taking the grandbaby out so mom and dad can have time to themselves! I sure wish my mom or husband's mom would think of that! I've bought my two kids some chocolates and I just plan to spend time with the family; hopefully the kids will go to bed early!
I will cook nice dinner for my husband. I am sure he will love and
My hubby and I are going to spend Valenine's Day with our four daughter. A night of Spaghetti, popcorn, twizzlers and Disney's Lady and the Tramp.
Every year for the last ten years we eat lobster...our LOVE LOBSTERS! We find a recipe online, pick our lobsters and ingredients at the market and cook all night, drink wine, listen to music and feast! It's a wonderful day-long tradition. (A romantic night/day in).
My boyfriend's driving up to see me this weekend, and we're planning on a nice dinner on Saturday and just spending the rest of the time together. (:
My significant other lives 200 miles from me and has a very demanding job, and the weather has been so horrible, a nice online chat and phone call will have to do this year. He has his gift coming in the mail.
Taking my husband and girls out for dinner and some sweet dessert after.
