mina77, you are not alone, I didn't shop either! I searched the so called hot deal, nothing caught my eye. I'm saving my money until something really good comes along.

I answered for the total purchases I made but I made several on behalf of my son. My 19 yo son went with me. He has never been to any kind of Black Friday sale before. It was a blast and great to do something with him!

I don't do Black Friday. I think it's overrated! Too many people fall for the hype around this one day of shopping. Many of the same deals(if not better) become available right after Christmas. I prefer to wait when the crowds are smaller and people act a little more civilized.

I got the Barbie 3 movie set in a pink purse shaped box from Wal-Mart.com for 9.50....saved like 26.00 :o)

We shopped at Joann Fabrics---got a ton of gift/Christmas things for 20 bucks! Also did a bit of online shopping. Got Christmas shopping partially done!

I don't do the black friday thing, not with two little ones. And cyber monday was only ok for me. I found more deals earlier.

The only way I will participate in a Black Friday event is if it is online....I refuse to get involved in that craziness in person. I feel like you need a weapon and an armored vest and helmet! Yuck.
