We received a lot of great feedback and wanted to follow up with tracking our New Years resolutions.
If you made a resolution, was it kept? If not, what was your reason?

I started a resolution to lose weight, but then found out I was pregnant. So, not keep it the resolution, but working hard to not gain more than appropriate. It's been pretty easy, I crave veggies and salads. Except at night, then I want ICE CREAM and tons of it!!!
My New Year's resolution each year is to develop a healthier eating habit and a exercise routine. So for I have done a pretty good job with doing so. And how I have done that, was to learn how to become discipline in my behaviors toward food and exercise. What I tell myself is that eating is not an activity but it is a way for me to stay healthy. And for exercise, it doesn't have to be painful and boring. I can add different routines to my exercise such as using fitness games and more than one type of fitness equipment. That way I don't become bored and lose interest. And that has helped me a lot to stay focus on my New Year's resolution.
my new years resolution was to quit smoking. and i dropped them cold turkey on Jan 1st and havent picked one up since! there are tempations every once in a while but i know im stronger than that and i avoid situations where i would want to smoke!
I decided not to make any resolutions this year. I usually don't keep them anyway.
i have lost alot of weight and looking amazing :)
Mine was to get in shape and lose weight and I just found out on Jan 5th that I am pregnant! Now, I plan to be healthy, but can't focus on losing weight just yet!
I have cut back on carbs and serving size and have lost 12 pounds this month! I am eating more veggies especially raw ones.
I didn't make a new year resolution this year.... i just plan to keep trying to do better and i would be fine.

im trying its kinda hard when u on the run all the time and i tend to forget alot of the things i planned to do
