any diet pills safe while nursing??? probaly not, but trying to lose this weight!
I am currently seeing a nutritionist on a regular basis who prescribes both a water pill and an appetite suppressant. I've tried every diet pill on the market, unfortunately even some that have been pulled for being unsafe. I would never again use an over the counter product. I have lost 35lbs in 4 months under the supervision of a professional that I found locally.
I have tried them before with a bit of luck. I am trying to just cut down on what I am eating and that seems to be working well for me.
I have a friend who has try everything there is to loose wieght but nothing seems to work, I consider taking things to loose weight but in my opinion the best way to loose a couple of pounds is to work out and to have a healthier eating habit i change my ways of eating and work out at least and hour and a half a day and it is great for me I can tell I have loose some pounds just by the way my clothes fit and all..
I prefer to watch my diet and excercise regularly.
i love alli. it forces me to be good. like a nicotine patch for a smoker
