There are many things we want from our mobile phone service provider, but what is the most important thing to you when choosing a service?
Have you ever switched service providers to get a better feature? If so, what was it that made you switch?
Good selection of stylish phones (5.5%)
No annual contract (9.3%)
Good coverage/reception (36.4%)
My friends have the same service (2.7%)
Cost of plans, roaming charges, etc. (46.4%)
I totally agree with cinnamongirl75, not been able to get out of a bad deal because of contract hurts ,I need a phone that can raise the bar!
I LOOK FOR LOW PRICES AND GOOD RECEPTION MAINLY
I like that I don't use minutes talking to my friends that have the same provider, same with texting.
I am on Verizon and my primary reason for staying with them is that I've always received excellent customer service and hassle-free product delivery. I also consider a company's website to be part of their overall customer service and I find Verizon's easy to navigate and informative. That said, I wouldn't sign up for a cell phone if they didn't cover my area and have good reception -- that's a given. But all things being equal, I would pay more for the same basic service if the customer service was great.
I first had Sprint and was very unhappy with them. My husband and I both now have Verizon and are satisfied. Most of our friends and family also have Verizon. Coverage and good signal are very important as waht good is a phone if you can't use it anywhere? However cost is important as well, as finances are tight.
A great plan makes all the difference in the world, but spotty coverage is the worst!
good reception is a must. its also nice to have a stylish phone.
tmobile seems to have the cheapest phone service, but i can't have the blackberry storm with them and they haven't upgraded to a 3g network yet!! :(
I want service that is not expensive and provides great coverage with no roaming fees or hidden charges.
i like having an affordable plan that offers the service i need
