I am 18 weeks pregnant and very fair skinned. I am loading on the Palmers, but I'm sure I'll still get them.
I'm not too concerned with mine. I figure they're just part of life. Most women that have children get stretch marks. I didn't get them on my stomach, but I did on my breasts. It mortified me at first lol, but I'm used to them now. Wouldn't it be nice if someone came up with a product or natural oil or something that actually worked!!! Imagine that : )
Yes I am... I hate mine.
I had my Daughter almost 9 months ago, Mine are the same color as my stomach, Maybe a little more white, Who cares! My Husband loves Me the same, I have not been embarrased of them since I'v had them. They are a part of & A reminder of one of the greatest things in life happening!
SORRY! I MEANT 9 YEARS ago I had my Daughter, Lol!
I had a LARGE baby, 11lbs 9 oz! My belly has NEVER been the same. Although I went back to pre-baby weight and somewhat figure, the appearance of my belly is so embarrassing. I would love to be able to wear a bikini again, but not in this life!
I have had them on my thighs since I was a teenager, it can be very embarrassing and I tend to avoid wearing shorts in the summer. I heard cocoa butter might work, but it did not do much for me. Funny thing is, If my fiance notices, he doesn't say anything and doesn't mind; they seem to bother me the most.
I am currently trying a product from Carol's Daughter called Sexy Belly on my arms and belly and can see results. I know most men do not care about the stretch marks but, in a way it makes me feel very self conscious about wearing sleeveless shirts.
I got mine with my second pregnancy and even more with my third. I don't like them but I don't think there is much you can do to get rid of them so I accept them.
It's tough - as a woman, when you lose a lot of weight, you want to feel good about your new body, but the stretch marks can bring that down a bit. Any tips good products to use?
