    I love all the foods mentioned, but this is a holiday that I did not grow up & so am not accustomed to celebrating it. It pops up every year without warning& catches me off guard & makes me hungry for the foods that everyone is talking about.

    Guacamole is my all time favorite. We eat a lot of it during the summers at parties. I can ignore a good Margarita either.
