Our January newsletter asked if you had goals you’d like accomplish in 2010 and what would play the biggest role in your success.
We received a lot of great feedback and wanted to follow up with tracking our New Years resolutions.
If you made a resolution, was it kept? If not, what was your reason?
Please tell us your story. We want to know.
Yes, I'm making great progress! (43.3%)
No, but I have a good reason why... (tell us in the comments!) (7.3%)
N/A, did not make one (49.5%)
Tammi, why dont you get help to quit smoking? Talk with your doctor about getting chantix prescibed for you. It has a great success rate. Your local health department also offers free the Cooper clayton method which involves a group and free nicotinegum. Hang in there, your health is worth it. I am an oncology nurse and lung cancer is horrible for the patient and their families.
I made the new years resolution to go on the Lemonade Diet for 10 days... I am happy to say that I broke this resolution when I found out that the results are lifelong damage to your metabolism and other things that aren't worth the ten pounds that I would have lost.
