Where do you fall on the issue? Have you ever used diet pills? If so, was your experience positive or negative?

Too risky....eat right and exercise!
I agree it seems way too risky. the only one i know of approved by the fda is alli and i still would rather not go through those side effects!
bad for your health eat good food
I am not sure whether these pills are good for your health or not? Risky things.
i love xenical but insurance doesnt cover it and its way too expensive
No & i never would take diet pills either. They're too dangerous to your health.Eat right & exercise is the best way to loose weight & keep it off.
I feel that taking diet pills doesn't solve anything. It's perhaps a quick fix but I want long-term results! I want to lose weight in a healthy way.
I have never tried diet pills, and I am afraid to do so. Although I could stand to shed some poundage, I have heard from so many others that once they stopped diet pills, or some fad diet they would gain all of their weight back plus more. No way...I don't want to be a yo-yo'er.
I have never tried any diet pills and have no intention of doing so. I will not subject my body to any side effects or unknow effects. I try to eat right and exercise as much as I can, that seems to keep me on track. Another thing is state of mind - loving one's self for who and what you are seem to be a part of the diet puzzle, at least for me!
No I have not had a reason too. Changing my diet and exercise works for me.
