There has been so much in the news lately about how many of us are blogging. So, we were curious about how people defined a blog. How do you define a blog? We’d love to hear!
Posting a comment on a discussion board (44.5%)
Posting a comment on my social networking page (Facebook, MySpace, etc.) (41.5%)
Posting a recommendation or comment on a shopping website (29.6%)
Posting photos onto a photo-sharing site (Flickr) (13.5%)
Posting a comment in my online web journal/log (64.2%)
I consider blogging any place where you post your opinions or comments on any topic and readings others' comments and opinions to expand one's knowledge.
To me, it is posting comments or anything else you want to post
I could only pick one, but I do blog on other sites, such as support group forums and such. I also read lots of blogs and such.
They should have had all of the above........
I consider any contribution to any site to be blogging. I take classes online and part of our lessons is to post to discussion boards, I definitely think this is blogging.
i consider blogging posting an original entry , diary , commentary or photo , on ones own account
I consider anything mor ethan a simple comment on a phot or stran d , blogging. Many people choose to blog in different broken pieces on threads. others choose to blog in singular text in their own journal. Both forms of the NEW art are basically blogging.
I think social networking and blogging are very different. I guess I never considered they could be the same to anyone.
I think that anytime you post an opinion or comment for others to read, it's considered blogging whether it's a long journal or just a short comment.
It may not count but I consider it blogging when I participate in forums and threads such as topic.com you discuss all sorts of things and some of them the daily discussions are about personal life events.
