The economy has many of us thinking about our product purchase decisions. Are we buying the right products at the best price? We were curious to hear if you are re-evaluating your purchase decisions in light of the economic downturn?
Please tell us! We want to know what you think.
Less likely - I'm sticking to tried-and-true favorites, this is not a time to experiment (12.5%)
Equally likely - The economy hasn't changed my love of trying new things (44.0%)
More likely - I like trying new, less expensive alternatives to cut back (43.5%)
The economy has made me look at products similarly to what I have already tried but that may be more inexpensive, but that doesn't necessarily mean I go for the less expensive option.
Ditto to Joodles, I definitely consider less expensive products that are comparable to what I have used.
Ditto to both of the above mentioned posters-LOL. I, as well, am looking for less expensive products that are like the ones I use now, but do not always buy those if I find something in that category......
I also agree with the above posts. I will try a new, more inexpensive product if it is comparable to what I would normally buy.
I agree. I am probably more willing to try something else as long as I am getting the same quality.
I live in southeast Texas where we have not been hit very hard by the econmic crisis so I am still a shopaholic. As a matter of fact, i may even be purchasing more than I did last year.
I've had to cut way back this year so I'm looking for alot of the less expensive products some have been good and others not.
I try new things regardless of the economy. I especially try new products when I have a sizeable cupon.
I love trying new things that fit my budget.
In this state of economy.I'm trying new products which are cheaper or store brand. If I like them .. I can stick to them.
