I'm not usually a big lemon flavoring fan, but this subtle flavor was actually very pleasing. I love the science backing and found it to be an overall wonderful product. The only thing I would like to see is an addition of flavors. If they are as light as the lemon, they will be very, very good raging to me. I really enjoyed using this product as a workout beverage, and would definitely think of it in the future. I recommend this product to anyone who needs a good bit of hydrating.

I received a free sample from shespeaks to try. I got the lemon flavor which I didn't love but could tolerate. It definitely made me feel quite a bit more hydrated. I usually wake up in the middle of the night with a dry throat and this eased that woe as well as the struggle the be hydrated enough to tackle an early morning kickboxing class. My kids enjoyed it but it's a little tough for them to notice the effects as they're just not as mindful of the difference. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is active and could use a boost.

It doesn't clump when you mix it, like some other mixes do. It's actualy healthy for you, unlike other water mixes! I'm looking forward to trying the berry flavor. I received this product in the mail but thankfully wasn't sick when I went to use it. I decided that I would go ahead and give it a try in order to be able to review it. I received the lemon flavor and really don't like the taste of lemon so I knew that it wouldn't be my favorite thing in the world. I thought that it was okay tasting. It wasn't horrible but I did feel that it left a rather undesirable aftertaste that took forever to get rid of. I found it to be hydrating and I think that it would really work if you were sick or trying to get over being sick. That is the only reason that I would use the product.

I read the box and thought..."I'm not sick, so I shouldn't drink it" It says to drink it when you are sick etc. But after having the samples I thought I should try it so I could at least review it. I also gave some samples to a friend to try. I dissolved it in my glass of water and it did take a bit to dissolve. But that was fine. I have to say that I did not like or dislike the flavor. It left me very thirsty afterward but then again I don't feel I was dehydrated when I drank it either. I am not sure if I would buy the product for everyday use, but I would buy it when my family is sick.

I didnt really care for the taste to much but it was the most horrible thing i ever tasted. It did make me feel hydrated and energized after my workout tho which was awesome i would definitely recommend this to anyone with kids but the only thing i would suggest is making it better tasting
