Walmart I don't like Walmart, but they do have good prices. Even before the virus there was a problem keeping shelves stocked. Online isn't much better. They move food products around all the time in stores and it is like a treasure hunt to find what you need. You find a product you like and the next time you go to get it it is out of stock or they don't carry it anymore. The associates are very helpful if you ca find one. Shoppers work together to help each other find things. If you shop online watch out for items not shipped by Walmart. They are frequently way over priced. They let small businesses sell on their website and if you are shopping in a hurry you don't look at the complete description. They have photos of the products but take them so you can't see how many ounces or pounds are in the product so you think you are getting a great deal, but you are actually being over charged.. I don't like the Super Walmart's because if you forget something in Health & Beauty and are in the food department it is a long walk back to health & beauty. I only buy brand name meats & look at produce carefully. Walmart is like a necessary evil.

Not a fan anymore I usually love Walmart for their wide varieties, but lately they don't restock they have more items out of stock then on the shelves. Their employees are rude and just don't care about their customers

meh I wouldn't go if I didn't need to. They don't have the best deals (i.e. no bogo) , a number of times I've tried to use coupons and 1. the employees think it's a XEROX COPY (no it's from the internet & a home printer) 2. we don't take these (when I used one the last time I shopped there). I don't make a big deal of it when it happens but it's annoying & I don't have issues at other stores like Target or Publix.

Customers mean less their bottom line more Walmart used to be a great store. But unfortunately like many of the large companies they only care about the money. Not the customer or their employees. They have raised their prices to the point that we can actually find items at Albertsons, Safeways, and Fred Meyer cheaper at times. We have even gone to stores like Walgreens, Dollar General, and Grocery Outlet for specific items we can get cheaper there. Our other issue with Walmart is many items have no prices. And they removed the scanners so unless you have their app you can't scan an item to see it's price. Employees are never around when you need them and when you do finally find one they are grumpy and rude about helping. I worked in retail for years so I understand the pressure of meeting your daily work goals. But their job is also to help the customers when they need it. Walmart has also started only carrying specific items. They stopped carrying brawny paper towels and now basically only carry bounty and their store brands. It's ridiculous honestly and has pushed us away from the store. We now only go their when we need something they carry that we need it asap. Unless they change we won't be shopping with them much longer.

I use to be in walmart all the time, i guess you could say it was my favorite superstore but not anymore there are several registers and only a few open at a time this causees you to be in the store twice as long than you planned which is very annouying we spend more time on line than we do shopping

I don't consider myself a crusader (at least not since the sixties), but the practices of Wal-Mart's corporate just make my blood boil. I don't go there anymore. I know that they are cheap and it is 1 of 3 stores here, so I will have to pay more. So be it. Can one person make a difference? Maybe only to myself.

Can you say horrible customer service!?!? If it werent forr the fact that I really cant save money if I shop anywhere else I wouldnt go there to shop at all..... Selection- 5 stars, overall rating- 0 stars.

Rude employees, chaotic noisy atmosphere complete with overhead televisions shouting at you to buy more I HATE Wal-Mart. They really don't have "sales" so you never get any bargains either. I ONLY shop there because they have run all the other businesses out of our small town!

Yes, it's easy to find a wal-mart in any town. However, I do not enjoy the experience in Wal-Mart. It's faster to do self-checkout, there are no associates on the floor to help you, and certain populations like to tear the place apart. I hate hearing screaming kids throwing tantrums. The produce looks good, but gets moldy at my house with in a day. I don't understand why they clean the bathrooms in the middle of the rush. I can't find things that I'm looking for, but I always seem to find things that I buy. I wish the fabric section was better. Good thing there is a JoAnn's that I go to for crafts that seem to be priced the same.

The locations of Walmart are accessible but the employees SUCK, are RUDE, and absolutely MISERABLE!! I guess i would be too if were being treated and getting paid what they are getting. Then again, in this economy, ITS A JOB! I would only go to walmart if I HAD to and it was the only store open. I would rather pay more somewhere else than deal with the crowd and the employees. UGGGGG!!!

If we had a super target I would shop there because I find that target has really good deals and I love their coupon matching policy.! HOWEVER my target doesnt carry much food and so they force me to shop at Super walmart. I dont really care for the cleanliness of the store BUT the prices are cheaper than other local grocers in my area.

I live in a small town and walmart is pretty much all we have I hate it I dread going into the place the employees are rude its never clean I tried to complain to a manager but I waited an hour and never saw one I drive an hour each way just so I can go to target in a bigger town the sad thing is walmart in our town is always packed and having asked other people in the town I live in they all say the same employees are rude and never help you find a thing. Over all even when I was living in a bigger town with more options I avoided walmart due to the service I received and the attitude that the employees gave me

I only go to walmart because I have to. As a mother of 3 and daycare provider, there is no place else in my town to get the basic staples. However, I HATE IT! I only go if my husband will go with me because I get so frustrated. Also, in a vain attempt to keep my temper to a simmer, I try to go only once a month to every 6 weeks. Then I stock up and pray that I might never have to go back! I go to Target or King Soopers for all of my weekly shopping. Yes, I pay more @ Target or King Soopers but I have a lot less frustration! Personally, I think the South Park episode about walmart says it best.

Our local Walmart never has enough registers open. Who has time to spend 20 - 30 minutes waiting in line to check out? My time is worth more than the $ I can save there. I've given up on shopping at Walmart.

I stopped going to WalMart awhile back, when the shelves suddenly looked as though the Apocalypse had hit and cleaned them out! I couldn't find variety of ANYTHING that I wanted. Lots of things that I regularly purchased there, suddenly were no longer on the shelves. Then, I had a half-hour-from-hell with a cashier who didn't know their coupon policy and argued with me about every!single!one! I finally told her to call a CSM and she still didn't want to do that, she wanted to give me 100 reasons why she could not take each and every coupon. After all that, after I got home I saw that she had rung up one of my items twice. NO more WalMart for me!
