I started shopping by catalog. Now I am luck enough to have a store a few blocks away from me, so I am able to pop in when I need to.

I primarily shop at J.Jill in-store, but I love to shop at J.Jill online every now and then as well.

Online is the easiest, cost-effective and fun way for me to shop J.Jill. That is my preference.

I shop online and in-store. My mom and I love to take the occasional shopping trip to the store and browse/try on/buy together. I'm familiar enough with their sizing that shopping online is easy and I frequently do that as well. I receive emails regularly from J.Jill with the newest items or sales. And, it's often what my mom loves to get me for birthday or Christmas gifts. Which is so amazing.

I read the catalog, but only shop in store - concerned about sizing. I don't shop much FYI!

Because my luck there is either really hit or really miss, I only want to shop in-store. That way I can try on for fit and not have to rebox and pay to return ship (which I hate more than going to the dentist). Looking on-line is how I determine if there are offering in-store that I would consider. I live 50 miles one way from the nearest J. Jill so I don't have the occasion to drop by often just to browse.

Online! We only have 1 store in my town but I will be going in store soon to check it out!
