latley i have been cooking almost every day in my slow cooker. it is amazing and makes yummy food...i had to get a larger one because the other one i had was way too small and there was never any left overs and when you are cooking a meal in a slow cooker that takes 8 days..lol to cook you def want left overs....anyone else lovin their slow cookers?

Lasagna sounds great! Any tips on making this? My hubby says he's going to make meatloaf in the crockpot next :-)

I adore my crock pot too, I use it to cook a whole chicken. My husband prefers it over the oven and saves electricity too!!!

I AM SO IN LOVE WITH MY SLOW COOKER...ESPECIALLY IN THE WINTER MONTHS. JUST START YOUR FOOD IN THE MORNING LEAVE IT ALONE ALL DAY AND U YOU WILL HAVE A DELICIOUS DINNER. I AM CONSTANTLY LOOKING FOR NEW RECIPES FOR MY SLOW COOKER

I've used my crockpot for 15yrs. now. I love it so much! I'm always looking for new recipes to try. It's a great way to get on the table on your busiest days!

I am really really lucky. My crock pot is ultra fast and for example, I was able to cook a 2.5 pound pork roast for barbeque pork and from freezer to dinner, it was less than five hours. I am not sure if I could use this much if I worked outside of the home but as I have a work from home job, it is PERFECT for dinner prep!

Use slow cooker mostly for stews, and meat that usually requires longer times to cook. It helps to plan meals because I can cook overnight. Have a husband and three boys and one on the way it helps me A lot! Lol

I just bought one and made a roast in it. Takes a long time to cook, but oh, the meat was so tender and tasted so good. I can see how you would want to cook more and more in it. I'm looking for more recipes to make now.

What's not to love about a slow cooker? I have made plenty of roast, but this year starting to experiment making chili with my slow cooker. A slow cooker is a no-brain for a quick homemade meal.
