Makes: 8 Servings
Description: This quiche is so easy to make that you'll be wanting to whip it up for more than special occasions!
Ingredients:
7
Eggs
1 Cup
Whole milk
1 tbsp
Oregano
to taste
Salt and pepper
1 Cup
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb
Cooked ground sausage
1 lb
Cleaned chopped asparagus
1
Pie shell
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Whisk together eggs, milk, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Blend in cheese, sausage and asparagus. Pour into pie shell (to prevent spilling you may place the pie shell on a cookie sheet or in the oven before filling). Cover crust with aluminum foil to prevent over browning. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until formed and brown. Inserted knife in center should come out clean. Serve warm with some hot sauce and enjoy!

This is not my recipe. I found it on the Betty Crocker site . This is a yummy coffee cake. The top tastes like pecan pie.
