Makes: 4 1
Description: Super easy and wonderfully versatile kid-friendly dish made in the slow cooker (crock pot).
Ingredients:
4
Chicken breasts, thawed
1 jar
Salsa
1packet
Taco seasoning
2 cans
Cream of chicken soup
1 can
Corn, drained
1 can
Black beans, drained and rinsed
Instructions:
Place chicken in the crock pot. Add as many breast as you need and this will change how much it makes.
Sprinkle chicken with taco seasoning.
Mix the salsa, soup, corn and beans together and pour over chicken.
Cook on low 6 hours.
Serve shredded in flour tortillas with sour cream and shredded cheese with a side of yellow rice.
Or, shredded in buns but you may then want to omit the corn and black beans.
Or, over rice.
Makes great leftovers.
Looks wonderful, I would love to try this. Do I need to write it down or can I save it somewhere here?
The name is a mouthful but after you get a mouthful of this dish you won't care if someone asks you to say it 5 times fast.
