Description: This is a healthy and fast lunch.
Ingredients:
1 bunch
chopped fresh parsley
1 cup
cooked brown rice
1
avocado
1
egg
Instructions: Reheat rice and boil a egg. While these are cooking, rinse and chop parsley. Place parsley in bowl and add avocado. Mash together with fork. Add hot rice and combine. Add sliced egg. Enjoy!
