Makes: 12 tacos
Description: These crockpot chicken tacos are so versatile! Serve them over brown rice for burrito bowls, in tortillas for classic tacos, or over a salad for a low-carb version! I often sautee a green pepper and onion for stuffing, or topping!
Ingredients:
2
frozen chicken breasts
1
jar salsa
1
packet taco seasoning
1
can, no-salt corn, drained
1
can, black beans, rinsed and drained
1
cup water
Instructions: Add all ingredients to a crockpot sprayed with cooking spray, and cook on low for 6 hours (8 is fine too, but just add a little more water right off the bat so things don't dry out!). The chicken will easily shred once you're ready to eat. Enjoy!

My husband and I loved this recipe. The chicken was very moist and can be used on chalupas and tacos salads! I will be keeping this recipe and making it again in the future.
The combination of lime and cilantro creates a fresh flavor that can be easily incorporated into almost any dish. Here?s my new favorite recipe.
