Description: Old Family recipe! Used today in our Family Restaurant in North Fort Myers, FL.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup
Parmesan Cheese
2
Eggs
1 cup
Bread Crumbs
2 lbs
Ground burger
1 lb
Ground pork
1/8 cup
A-1 sauce
2 tbsp
Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and form 2 oz balls.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
Simmer in pasta sauce for 8 hours before serving.

This recipe has alcohol in the marinade. Beer and worcestershire sauce with seansonings. I let mine marinade for at least 2hrs. Longer is always better.
