Cooking with White Wine

on Dec 10, 2008: We don't drink wine but we sure do cook with it. It really adds a nice flavor that isn't overbearing nor alcoholic tasting. There's a complex layer that adds to the appeal of a dish such as fresh mushrooms sauteed in a white wine and butter sauce and served over pasta. Delicious!
