As the weather gets warmer, which of the following mark the beginning of spring for you?

Spring is right around the corner!  Thank goodness!  This winter seems to have dragged on and on!

With so many of us in a "Springy" state of mind, we were curious about how you mark the beginning of Spring.  Please tell us what you think!

    Today was the first time i hung clothes out to dry they smell wonderful!!!

    The best part about spring is the beautiful weather and its promise that the hot sunny beach days are right around the corner. Spring and Summer are my favorite seasons--longer days and more time to spend with family and friends!

    I agree with hmteacher - I too have a small greenhouse in my backyard and when the weather gets warmer, I absolutely love to be in my garden at every possible opportunity ... planting seeds in my greenhouse, pruning bushes and trees to make them even more gorgeous and laying compost and mulch in readiness for the summer's heat!

    I would love to shed the heavy winter coats, scarf, gloves and hats.

    We just spent, with family from another state, about 2 hours rock climbing and hiking in a nature preserve and park in our city. It was a gorgeous day, about 65 F, and both the kids and the adults had an amazing time. I LOVE spring--the snow is on the way out, flowers and hiking on the way in!

    Shopping!!! Love to get new clothes. Then I start planning our family vacation. Each year we do a road trip. My husband and I discuss where we want to go, then I plan out the route, hotels, etc.

    I am looking forward to walking in the wildlife refuge near my home. It is so peaceful with the animals and landscapes.
