An increasing number of working parents (and non-parents!) now have flexible work schedules in order to maximize time with their kids. Do you have a flexible work schedule?

What is your current work shedule? What would be your dream work schedule?

Yes, my work schedule is flexible/non-traditional (36.2%)

My hours are traditional - and I like it that way (11.1%)

I have a traditional schedule - but I wish I didn't! (13.8%)

I don't currently have a job outside the home (38.9%)

    Always available for the children in my case the great grandchildren, i pick them up and take them to dance and gym classes

    I can't wait to have my kids and I'm blessed that I don't have to work so I can take care of them
