How would you rate President Obama's performance in his first year of office?

Its hard to believe that its been a year since President Obama took office.  With world and economic turmoil, this year would have presented challenges for any President no less a new one. 

We were curious, how would you rate President Obama’s performance over the last year?  Please tell us what you think.  We want to know!

    The president was dealt a tough hand, and he's managed to make progress on tough issues like the two wars and health care while keeping us out of a depression.

    He inherited alot of problems so we can't blame him for that. I think it is a very tough time to be the president...democrat or republican. It would be nice it there weren't parties..Then the elected officials would do what is best for the people and not vote along party lines.

    I agree, he has way too many secrets to actually trust him. I just want to get his term over with and get him out of there.

    I think the biggest issue is that this president is not interested in what Americans want, he is only interested in his own agenda.

    I think that our new President has done a remarkable job with the incredible crisis that he inherited and the incredible challenges that he is up against. From health for all people to protecting the American people from attacks and the failing banks and crumbling economy, he has done an awesome job with everything. And I wish him well.

    I feel that President Obama is doing his utmost to fulfill his promises. Unfortunately, he has been beseiged by the comments of those who would rather play politics than see him succeed. Additionally, a large number of the population are looking for fast solutions to problems that have been around for a very long time and they expect instant gratification. We've become so accustomed to turning on our computers and finding answers to our questions in seconds that we have lost the ability to be patient. Change takes time!
