I took up running. Never thought that I would like to run but I love it, just have to break through that wall. I lost over 30lbs and I feel wonderful. Three kids later and I weigh what I did in high school.

i have tried apatrim, it is supposed to be made from a plant that native indians used when they had famine in the country to keep them from feeling hungry. it worked pretty well for me. i might just go back on it. i am very careful what i choose because i don't want any serious side effects. losing weight is worth it, but risking your health is not...

I have used several different kinds of diet pills both over the counter and prescription. I have found the best way to lose weight is what we all know. It takes lots of hard work and dedication. I am currently eating very healthy and exercising every day. It is working better than any diet pill. Plus, no worries of will this pill hurt me.

In 2005 I went to a doctor to help me lost weight. I not only took diet pills, but I was also on a weight loss program. I went every two weeks and it worked. Not only did it work, but I kept most of the weight off since then. I only gained a few pounds because I had two knee surgeries, otherwise I don't think I would have gained anything. Now, most of that weight is back off again. If it wasn't for them, I would still be huge. They taught me a lot and it worked.

I used Dexatrim off and on to curb my raging appetite. I liked it, but it just made me too jittery. Then when they took the Ephedra out, there does not seem to be any appetite suppressant out there.

You name it, I've tried it. Cutting carbs now and tried the Quick Weight Loss Center so far, I've lost 26 lbs. My daughter just told me about what she saw on Tyra last night and it horrified me. People are using tape worms to lose weight ... UGGggggg

Hi, this is my first time. I have used OTC pills in the past. I would love to find one that really worked. Looking forward to testing products. This is something that I really enjoy.
