There are many things we want from our mobile phone service provider, but what is the most important thing to you when choosing a service?
Have you ever switched service providers to get a better feature? If so, what was it that made you switch?
Good selection of stylish phones (5.5%)
No annual contract (9.3%)
Good coverage/reception (36.4%)
My friends have the same service (2.7%)
Cost of plans, roaming charges, etc. (46.4%)
I want a stylish phone that has good reception and has small charges !
No annual contracts are good because if you don't get good coverage, you can switch. Companies should want to provide good coverage to keep customers. There is almost nothing worse than having bad coverage and being locked into a contract and not being able to change providers!
I have US Cellular for 14 years now never a problem great Customer Service and compettitive pricing
I switched from Verizon to Sprint because Sprint had more stylish phones but now I have a stylish phone with crappy service, crappy coverage and crappy reception.
I like the in-calling on my network.
I definitely like a stylish phone... good reception is a must have!
I don't want to a lot but if I am paying for the service it better have good reception. ;>)
i love not having a contract. As cinnamongirl75 mentioned. If you don't like the service you can switch. The cost of the plan is a biggy as well. There are some plans that are out of control with their prices.
I have Sprint and it's the only service that has good reception on my husbands 1 hr commute to work, he gets reception the entire way. AT&T, Verizon and T-mobile didn't work but about 5 minutes of the entire commute, and when we lived out there in the small town, I couldn't get ANY reception from anyone except Sprint. We like stylish phones, but good reception is a must!
I need a phone and contract that allows me to add calling to and from Canada (and using it while out of the US and visiting Canada) without paying a very large amount of money. AT&T has us on a plan that allows this, but in order to keep this option (because they don't offer it anymore) I have to keep my exact same plan and not change at all. That means no texting at all - using my phone while traveling is more valuable anyways!
