What will you remember most about Michael Jackson?

The news of Michael Jackson's sudden death has stunned the world.  Lisa Marie Presley, Jackson's ex-wife, recently wrote on her blog that Jackson once told her that he expected to die early and tragically.

    i think he will be remembered mostly for the legacy of music he leaves behind,as well as his unique and obsessive nature.

    He could dance, sing and compose. He was very talented, but also very troubled.

    He was a superb artist. I didn't care for his type of music but there was no deying his talent. It is just so sad that he chose the path in life that he did.

    I was always impressed by his music and talent. He started at such a young age and didn't really get to live a normal childhood. I think he went down the wrong path because of that. Regardless, I think it's just sad that he will be remembered for the controversy rather than the talent that he was.

    I am only 19.. once I got to the age where I knew who he was it was all negative. I know his songs, I can sing them and they are good songs but I was not around when he was a big star for being a talented person, I also like more of the Jackson 5 songs better then most of his when he went out on his own.

    i think a bunch of you have noooooooooo idea what your talking about , tabloids maybe but if you had to live one day in these peoples lives you would certainly change your decision of how you talk about people.

    I absolutely love Michaels Jackson's music. I grew up listening to him and his brothers. He had a rough childhood with a father that was very strict on him and his siblings. I know first hand of the life that he had as a child. My best friend of over 20 years was a neighborhood friend of theirs growing up. The Jackson family is loosing a child no matter what he "did or didn't do" in his life, the fact still remains their child is dead. Loosing a child myself I know that this is the hardest thing in life to experience. Who are we to "judge" him or his family. A child of God is gone to the afterlife and he will be greatly missed all around the world. A wonderful artist, musician, singer, compser and child of God. May his family and friends be able to find peace in their hearts and soul. My prayers are with the Jackson family in this moment of their loss.

    It amazes me that we seem to have forgotten that this man was a child molester! How quickly we forget!!

    I really hope that he will be remembered for his music above and beyond everything else. He was a huge influence on music and the music industry. No music video will ever compare to Thriller and many of his other videos are up there at the top as well.
