Tastes very high quality. Would prefer a bolder and "more Italian" seasoning, but Johnsonville is a very close #2: good ingredients, always available and often at a good price.

These are hot but not too hot. They are good.

I love to grill italian sausage and then smother it with sweet onions. Johnsonville is a delicious brand. I add Frank's Red Hot to kick it up a notch !!
