We love johnsonville sausage although I prefer the mild rather than the hot. We eat it for breakfast plain or in an omelette. We love it for dinner cooked and added with our pasta sauce. It is a great way to give a kick to the age old spaghetti. I would have given it5 stars except I can't take the hot flavored.
