On of my favorite liquid liners. I use a variety of different liner types and if i want that precise cat eye I definitely lean towards this one.

I couldn't resist spending a dollar to try this. Hated it. Before I was finished applying it, it was already running. Way too hard to apply and couldn't use it anyway. One hard earned dollar down the drain. Oh well.

I'd give it a 3.5 if I could. I like the value being only $1 I can easily buy a bunch at a time. The problems is it can be a little runny, but not too much to turn me off. Overall it is a great eyeliner even with it's little quirks.

e.l.f. Cosmetics Liquid Eyeliner is a good product. e.l.f has amazing prices and this was a bargain. I would purchase this again

I found this eyeliner difficult to apply. The consistency is very thin and seemed to take a long time to dry. It also rubbed off easily and did not stay put. I liked the color but there are much better products available.

I like most Elf products, however this Liner is very watery & messy. will not buy again.

Did not like it at all. The formula was too runny. I thought it was just the one that I tried so I tried it again but that one was runny as well. They also flake very badly and smell strange. Again this happened on more than one occasion. Not worth it even at the cheap price.

love this eyeliner I'm always using especially for being a cheaper price.

inam a fan of E.L.F cosmetics, but this yeliner is a bit watered down.

Elf brand is the BEST! If your looking for an eyeliner that stays put throughout the day, this one is the one to get! I got it for a great price at Target, but you can get the elf products anywhere. Tip: to get your eyeliner to stay put longer, get a fine-liner brush, pick your color of eye-liner, get the same color of eye shadow, and after you apply the eyeliner dip the brush into the eye shadow and put over your liner. That way you have guarenteed no smudge, or smear, eye-liner! :)

Acturally I prefer the brown color.

i have never used eyeliner before so I thought I would give this one a try. I have to say I was somewhat happy with the look I got using this product. I think I just have to keep using it to get used to the way it looks on me. I have always just used eyeliner on my lower eyelids, but will be making adjustments from here on out.

I bought it to use for NYE and loved it. I don't wear eye liner to offten so at just $1.00 I don't feel bad about only using a few times before it goes bad.

I love elf , but this eyeliner is not really good, dont last much time!!
