I live in a cold climate so I can't wait to start my garden. I most look forward to the tomatoes and greenbeans! Do you have a favorite food or better yet, favorite spring/summer recipe to share?

If it wasn't so cold out, I'd grill some lemon chicken. We had an indoor grill but just isn't the same.

garden fresh tomatoes, fresh corn in august and ice cream all season! at least once a week have ice cream for dinner, then hummus, syrian, olives, tomatoes and cucs as snack. it's easy and the kids feel like they're getting away with something :)
