I like IT cosmetics' bye bye under eye concealer because its highly pigmented and even though its pricey, a little bit goes a long way. I also use the Clinique foundation + concealer when I'm on the go, and it's a good price when you're in need of both. Have you tried putting moisturizer and foundation first, then concealer on top?
