I keep motivated by being around others who have similar goals. I find writing down goals helps visualize them which motivates me to keep going.

I need my cup of Folgers first to start the day to get and keep me motivated. I have a problem with clutter in corners. I wrote down my goals and have been accomplishing them each day.

Honestly writing down what I'm grateful for in itself keeps me motivated. I also try to keep myself surrounded with people who have a positive attitude. I have also tried to incorporate helping others daily. It may be something small but its amazing how getting out of yourself and doing for others in reality not only helps them but probably does more for me! You can have the worst day and when you do something kind for someone it has amazing effects to turn your day around and just make you feel good. I have a lot of physical issues and am in pain daily but I try to remember there is ALWAYS someone else going thru something more difficult than I!!

I like to write down my goal and place it somewhere where I can see it often. If the whole family is part f the goal I make sure that they see that paper to remind them and motivate them. I think the more we see it, the more we remind ourselves that we have a goal to achieved. It is also nice to update everybody where we stand and how much we are reaching our goal and it makes everybody wants to achieved it much quicker. I also noticed that if we make a monthly goal instead of a long term one, it makes reaching them a lot easier and motivates us to keep doing something new to improve our lives. Also communication helps a lot.

My advice is to make a goal and write it down, and place it somewhere where you can see it everyday. I know for me it helps to keep this on my mirror in my bathroom. Anything is possible to do, you have to want to do it for yourself.

Wanting to live a better, more organized, cleaner, and healthier life is our motivation, so writing down what we need to do to accomplish this and sticking it up on the fridge and the bathroom mirrors to remind ourselves was the perfect way to keep track of those goals. I love the little 'pep talk' quotes that came with the kit, too!

My girls keep me motivated! I know it's somewhat chiche, but I always strive to be a better person for my kids. It also helps me to make SURE that I find time to work on myself. I try to think about what i want and need to do in order to make myself a happier, healthier, better person.

I am a homemaker and wife, and how I stay motivated is by staying on a schedule. Writing a to do list and having all appointments on a calendar. I try not to push too many things into one day. Say positive things to myself to keep going on the toughest days.
