What candy do you typically give out to Trick-or-Treaters and why? Do you buy your own favorites? Do you buy candy you don't like so you don't eat it all? Do you buy what's on sale?

I always buy at least one bag of something I LOVE - Take Five bars! Then I typically buy a lot of good candy that I don't personally love, like bars with nuts. I like peanut butter but don't love nuts in candy, so I am able to resist. :)

I typically buy toys from Target to give away: vampire teeth, bubbles, stickers, tatoos, glow bracelets

I always buy a ton of candy. Chocolate, gummies, sour candy, suckers. But I also like to make things like popcorn balls, caramel apples, and cookies. I've also passed out drinks, toys mixed in with the candy, and dog treats to people who bring their dogs!

I like to hand out the candies that I always wanted as a child, so I hand out Reese peanut butter cups, Snickers, Twix, Almond Joys/Mounds. Also since we only get like 5-10 children that come to our door each year (I guess because we live in a apartment) we give out full sizes of these candies/candie bars... yay! Chocolate is so delicious! And I love seeing all the costumes during Halloween! They are so cute.

We don’t get trick or treaters, but that doesn’t stop us from buying our favorite candy. Reese’s peanut butter cups to put in the freezer, yum, love them frozen. I wait all year to get candy corn, I know, I know, but I just love it!

I generally never give out peanut snacks due to allergies, even though I LOVE peanut butter cups. Some kids are highly allergic so I won't even hand out candy that is processed in a plant that has peanuts. Best bet then is dumdums or dried fruit snacks.
