Description: A time to sit on the patio and conversate with this delicious summer drink.
Ingredients:
3 bags
carrots
1 can
condensed milk
1/4 cup
sugar
1/2 tbsp
ground nutmeg
1 tsp
cinnamon (optional)
1/2 scoop
vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instructions: Clean and cut carrots in half. In a large pot fill with water until carrots are covered . Boil carrots until soft. Let carrots cool in the water their boiled in. Next pour half carrots into blender, blend until pureed. Repeat steps for the other half of carrots in water. Put in pitcher. Add nutmeg, condensed milk, sugar, and let refrigerate for two hours. Top with vanilla ice cream an cinnamon.
Amazingly rich and tasty!
Great twist on the pops that we loved as a kid and the perfect beverage for a 4th of July party!
